-Reg. will be held Sunday, March 29 & Sunday, April 5. (The following Sunday is Easter, & the next weekend is the retreat!) Look for the WM Table in the lobby!

WHAT: WOMEN'S RETREAT PLANNING MTG.~
There are many aspects that go into pulling off an out-of-town retreat/worship experience, and we are trusting the Lord to bring the women that He has called to serve through the many aspects that are needed. Teams range from gifts, to hospitality/food, to stuffing notebooks or making name tags,etc. There are plenty of open doors for you to use the gifts that God has given you to serve Him, and we pray that you would join us in this amazing task.

WHEN: Tuesday, February 10, 2009 @ 7:00 pm

WHERE: The Creswell's Home in WF. If you cannot locate their address or phone number in order to MapQuest directions, please email women@northwake.com for directions.

WHO: *Anyone interested in using their gifts and talents to serve the Lord by serving the
women of North Wake on the retreat this Spring (April 17-19, 2009) to Blowing Rock, N.C.
*Anyone interested in serving the area of Women's Ministry throughout the year. This is
a great way to be introduced to our women and the Women's Ministry.
*Anyone who wants to meet more/other women in our church--this is a great way to
connect!

~You do not have to actually be present at the retreat to serve in some of the needed areas. (i.e) Registration Team, Pre-Retreat Shopping, Administrative tasks, etc., although we certainly hope that you will plan to attend. However, we want women to exercise their giftedness no matter what. :)

~If you are NOT able to attend this meeting but want to serve, please email us at women@northwake.com and we will make sure to brief you on the areas that you might be interested in serving and connect you with those team members.

TITUS "2 For Tea" - Monthly Open House

*The next one is: Monday, FEBRUARY 9, 2009 from 11:30am-2:00pm*

*Titus "2 For Tea" is a monthly open-house style gathering of ladies, coming together to encourage one another, fellowship, and edify one another on our journey to holiness, no matter the stage of life. Married, Single, Mother, Newly-Wed, Career-Oriented, Grandmother, etc...

This time is based on the Biblical mandate in Titus 2: 3-5, "Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God."

The desire is that in this time troubleshooting and the sharing of ideas and wisdom will occur, from potty-training, to how to begin in the kitchen, discipline from toddlers to teenagers, or how to balance everything on your plate and still honor the Lord...We also prayerfully hope that God will establish relationships between women in our church that would carry on outside of the Titus 2 For Tea time, allowing Biblical mentoring to occur on a day-to-day basis.

*All women are welcome, and veteran moms, wives, and Believers are urged to come and lend your wisdom.

*Come and go as your schedule allows, but COME AS YOU ARE!!

Women's Day was a wonderful day this year, and we are so thankful for the Truth, fellowship, worship, and encouragement that God showered upon us! Thanks, to the many who made it possible by serving the Lord with your gifts and talents, and to all of you who came! Enjoy.

TITUS "2 For Tea" - Monthly Open House

*The 1st one will be held on Monday, November 10, from 11:30-2:00 pm*

Titus "2 For Tea" is a monthly open-house style gathering of moms, coming together to encourage one another, fellowship, and troubleshoot issues of Parenting...From teething, potty training, bed transitions, clutter, laundry, snacks, baby food, traveling with little ones, disciplining toddlers, etc...

~Newer Moms come to learn and be encouraged.
~Veteran Moms come to lend your wisdom.
